We were busy last week planning our Halloween catering menu and I thought it would be nice to share some of our ideas with a step by step how to guide. These cheese and Twiglet broomsticks are so easy to make and extremely cute!

All you need are some twiglets, some string cheese and some chives (although, if you are in a hurry, the chives are totally optional).

These are super easy.  Cut the cheese string into thirds:

Spread apart the cheese into thin strands to make it look like a broomstick end:

Poke the twiglet into the end of the cheese string.  Just be careful not to push it too far or else the cheese will start to split.

Find the skinniest chives that you can possibly find, and just tie it neatly around the cheese, using your fingernails to pinch off the ends:

That’s it!! Although fiddly, these snacks look great and the kids will love them. This item is one of the many spooktacular treats included in our special Halloween menu.

We Are Live!!!!!!

Posted on September 14, 2017

We are extremely excited that Party To Your Door is now finally live!!! Myself and my mum have both spent months sourcing the best products for our party boxes, testing packaging, food and party bag fillers. It’s been hard work trying to find the time to do this around my 15 month old daughter Jessica, but we are delighted with the party boxes and our website. We will be continually adding new themes, both for birthday parties and seasonal parties so please sign up to our newsletter to be kept updated with the latest product launches, as well as great offers and competitions.

For the past year I have wanted to start a blog, basically since having Jessica. I always thought what a great way to document my experiences with her, almost like a digital diary which is accessible to whoever is interested. Therefore, when we started Party To Your Door creating a company blog was a no brainer. This blog will be a mixture of pretty much everything, a mismatch of anything which I think deserves a post… my day to day life with Jessica, life as a working mum, recipe ideas, days out, our travels. And of course as it is the Party To Your Door blog I will include lots of party tips and ideas.

For now, I just want to say thank you to everyone who has helped us so far with Party To Your Door. We appreciate all of your support and can’t wait to see where this business journey will go.
